The Hârșova 3D Association announces the first edition of the Hârșova COOLturală festival, an event dedicated to young people and the local community. The festival will take place between September 5 and 7, 2025, in the courtyard of the “Ioan Cotovu” Theoretical High School in Hârșova.
The project, funded by the Efectiv Civic program, developed by FDSC – the Foundation for the Development of Civil Society in partnership with RAF – the Romanian American Foundation, aims to transform the city of Hârșova into a vibrant space where diversity is celebrated and young people are encouraged to express themselves and connect.
Over the course of three days, the festival offers a program full of varied and interactive activities:
- Friday, September 5, after the official opening of the festival, there will be interactive workshops, and in the evening, there will be a special program on stage featuring Mugureii Dobrogeni, Alfa Band, and disco-pop music.
- Saturday, September 6: a forum theater performance of the play “Vocea Andreei” (Andreea’s Voice), the launch of the exhibition “Harta Culturală – Hârșova Incluzivă” (Cultural Map – Inclusive Hârșova), a workshop on women’s rights, interactive workshops, and in the evening, the program on stage will be provided by Mazo Music, Noa Dance, Maladet, and DJ Andrei cel Rieu.
- Sunday, September 7: Participants will enjoy drumming workshops, interactive workshops (drumming, childhood games, debates, treasure hunt, etc.), and the stage program will be provided by the Anoixi Ensemble, Mirage, and disco pop & rock music.
In addition to performances, the program includes a series of drumming workshops, play and game sessions, interactive activities, debates, and exhibitions, designed to stimulate creativity and interaction among participants.
“Hârșova COOLturală” is not just a festival, but an initiative through which the Hârșova 3D Association aims to create a community of active young people willing to make our city a better and more dynamic place.
