This policy describes how ASOCIAȚIA HÂRȘOVA3D, with headquarters at Str. Rozelor, nr. 16, Hârșova, Constanța, registered in the Register of Associations and Foundations under no. 2/19.04.2024, processes the personal data of users who access the website http://www.h3d.ro/.

Legitimate interest of H3D (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), e.g. for website security or promotion of activities—in cases where we do not specifically ask for your consent to do so, we believe it is within H3D’s mandate and legitimate interest to inform our supporters about the latest news on H3D’s work and to share with you how you can help. We only do this if we do not believe that sending this information will affect your privacy or cause you harm or other loss.

6. Data storage

Data is only stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
The length of time personal information is stored depends on the personal information concerned and the purpose for which it is used, as well as whether there is any administrative or regulatory requirement to retain the personal information.

In the case of accounting or tax documents, the term is in accordance with the law (usually 5–10 years).

If you do not wish to see targeted advertising from the Association on social media, please refer to the instructions provided by the specific social media website or app, e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or Google.
We promise to always keep your data safe and will never sell or exchange it with anyone else.

Public authorities, in accordance with the law.
