Playground Project

The KuKuk Kultur Association built a playground for children in Vadu Oii, a project that took place in June with the support of 15-20 volunteers from Germany.

The main objective was to create a safe play space for marginalized children living in difficult conditions.

For the development of the project, a constant dialogue was maintained with the Hârșova 3D Association, and the wishes of the children and the locals were taken into account. The planning included an educational concept based on age needs and regional conditions. The final design included natural elements, free forms, areas for energetic and quiet play, as well as an inclusive element.

Ensuring a Developmental Space: Creating and completing a safe and educational playground in Vadu Oii, which supports the physical, social and creative development of children living in marginalized conditions.
Community Involvement: Successfully integrating the needs and suggestions of children and locals into the final design of the playground, thus ensuring the relevance and sustainability of the project.
Implementing the Educational Concept: Building a playground based on a specific educational concept, which includes natural elements, spaces for energetic/quiet play and an inclusive component.

About us

H3D’s mission is to contribute to the sustainable development of the community in Hârșova and the surrounding villages through programs dedicated to children, young people, and adults, working to combat poverty and illiteracy, discrimination and xenophobia, separatism, and prejudice.
