1. Website owner and definitions
1.1 The website www.h3d.ro belongs to the Hârșova 3D Association, hereinafter referred to as the Operator or H3D.
1.2 The Hârșova 3D Association is a Romanian non-profit legal entity, established by Decision No. 438/10.04.2024 of the Hârșova Court, with its registered office in the city of Hârșova, Rozelor Street, No. 16, Constanța County, with tax identification number 50145628.
1.3 Access to and use of this site implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions, which are considered to be minimum applicable provisions, the use of the site being subject to the provisions of Romanian law in force.
1.4 Definitions
In this document, the following terms have the following meanings:
a) website: the H3D website, accessible at h3d.ro, through which the user has access to information about H3D’s activities;
b) user: the person who accesses the site (whether for private or professional purposes) and who, by accessing it, has accepted these terms and conditions;
c) abusive use: use of the website by users in a manner contrary to the purpose for which it was created, contrary to the applicable legal provisions and regulations, or in any way that may cause harm to H3D and/or third parties. Abusive use also includes the use of the site’s content without the prior consent of H3D and/or without indicating the source.
d) site content: any material and/or information published on the site in any form (text, photos, graphics, audio, video, etc.).

c) The user understands and accepts that H3D provides these links to other websites and/or platforms for informational purposes only and that their inclusion does not imply that H3D has obtained any approval in this regard from the respective websites.
3. Intellectual property rights
3.1 The name and logo of H3D belong to the Hârșova 3D Association. Their unauthorized use is strictly prohibited, and they may not be copied or reproduced without the prior written permission of the Hârșova 3D Association.

4. Processing of personal data

5. Donations
5.1 Online donations can be made through the H3D website.
5.2 The donor has the option to select/choose the amount they wish to donate as well as the frequency of donations.
5.3 The donated amount is withdrawn from the bank card/account indicated by the donor user.
5.4 If the donor user fills in their contact details, they may be contacted by telephone by H3D representatives to provide information about the donation made, as well as information about H3D’s activities and projects.
6. Legal provisions
6.1 H3D reserves the right to modify the content of the website at any time and without prior notice, including the Terms and Conditions, the Personal Data Processing Policy, as well as any other provisions and elements of the website. Continued use of the website by the user implies acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions, the new Personal Data Processing Policy, and any other changes made.
6.2 The terms and conditions relating to this website and the Personal Data Processing Policy are governed by Romanian law and the provisions of EU Regulation No. 679/2016.
6.3 The content of the website is protected by Law 8/1996 on copyright and related rights, as amended and supplemented.
6.4 H3D shall not be liable for any consequences, including financial or otherwise, arising from the use of the website, including its improper, inappropriate, or fraudulent use.
6.5 Furthermore, H3D shall not be liable for any virus contamination or any other contamination that has destructive properties.
6.6 Any disagreements and/or disputes arising from the use of the website or in connection with it will be resolved in the first instance amicably through discussions between the parties. If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be referred to the competent courts at H3D’s headquarters.
