Children in the village of Pantelimon (Constanța) discovered that by playing they can learn new things and develop skills, as part of an activity organized by the Hârșova 3D Association. Volunteers and trainers brought together games, exercises, and activities designed to encourage learning through play.

🔹 A project with an impact on communities in Dobrogea
The project “Animation for the Community: Training and Action for Young People in Hârșova and Neighboring Rural Areas” brought together a group of 20 animators and youth workers for eight days.
The camp was divided into two stages: the first four days were dedicated to theoretical training, and the next four brought the practical application of knowledge directly into the communities.
Over 120 children and young people from Hârșova, Topalu, Ghindărești, Vadu Oii, and Pantelimon participated in interactive activities, creative workshops, and team games. “Not only have we trained a new generation of animators, but we have also managed to anchor these skills directly in the community,” emphasized Andrei Dobre, president of the Hârșova 3D Association. The project, co-funded by the Ministry of Labor, Family, Youth, and Social Solidarity, demonstrates the importance of investing in non-formal education and youth engagement for more active and inclusive communities.
