We provide a range of essential programs, designed to support the education and inclusion of children, youth and adults. Projects
The project aimed to connect marginalized areas with the rest of the city, by creating a network of volunteers, mostly young people.
They were trained in management, interculturality and combating discrimination, and then supported the integration of Roma children and contributed to the redevelopment of the Community Center, promoting a healthy environment.
The project “H3D: From Vision to Action – A Sustainable Strategic Plan” aimed to develop the volunteer program and internal information management. Over a period of three months, a specialist consultant supported the development of a volunteer management plan, including training and documentation. At the same time, members of the organization created information management regulations, establishing clear procedures for managing information. The result was an increase in the NGO’s capacity to operate more efficiently and implement sustainable projects.
The “Community Animation” project responded to the urgent need to revitalize the youth sector in Hârșova and the adjacent rural communes, an area marked by limited access to non-formal activities. The team addressed a dual problem: the lack of trained youth workers and the limited offer of relevant activities for young people. The integrated solution included the training of socio-educational animators and the direct involvement of young people in educational activities.
The central activity consisted of organizing an intensive 8-day training camp for 20 animators, who subsequently participated in supervised practical sessions in the communities.
During the camp, practical socio-educational animation activities were implemented in Hârșova and in at least three communes, reaching at least 100 young people. Among the methods used were photovoice, storytelling and living library workshops, which promoted intercultural dialogue and developed key skills of young people.
Thus, the project managed to increase the number of competent animators and stimulate the active participation of young people, contributing to the development of a local network of impact multipliers.
